Steve Rose as a Business Enrichment Consultant has applied his over 40 years of marketing and advertising experience to assist many companies on Maui and worldwide.

Business Enrichment is a new field and like the name says is a way of adding to a companies resources with both established business practices and many new concepts to aid in a companies growth. Through a process he has named Adaptogenic Facilitation he is able to work with business owners and their companies in bringing out their maximum potential, while maintaining their original vision and mission statement.

Working as Business Enrichment and often also as an outsourced Marketing and Promotions Director, Steve has made many business owners both on Maui and the mainland achieve their goals and create world-class companies.

Steve has added his expertise to the roll-out, launching and expansion of many Local and National Brands, such as Tiger Balm, Ricola, Prince of Peace American Ginseng Products, Jamaican Gold Iced Coffee, BioStrath, Radius Tooth Brush, Hawaiian herbal Blessings Noni Products, Surfing Goat Dairy, Ergo Baby Carrier to name a few and is a pioneer in introducing American Ginseng Products to the US market place since 1984.

Steve is also and active volunteer in the local community and is a past Chair of the Made in Maui Trade Association. He has acted as a consultant for many local organizations such as The Maui Chamber of Commerce, The Aloha Friday Farmers Market, The Maui Farm Bureau and The For-Maui Fishpond Association to name a few. Currently he is part of local Maui SCORE team and serves as their marketing counselor.
